Mandala Yoga
A playful and dynamic practice, moving 360 degrees around the mat, softly flowing through strong poses and inversions to the rythm of the breath. The sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body corresponding to the element and related chakra. The class will begin and close with yin postures to complement the subtle and physical body.
Rocket Yoga
Larry Schultz created the rocket system based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Primary & Intermediate series. Practitioners are encouraged to modify their practice and use props in order to make it accessible to their bodies.
The Rocket :
-
wakes up the nervous system and feeds it with vital energy (prana).
-
helps the practitioner to synchronise movement and breath.
-
makes the practitioner stronger by trying more advanced postures.
‘Why Rocket? Because it gets you there faster!’
