Thai Massage
Thai massage is one of the oldest therapeutic methods of Traditional Thai Medicine. Thai Massage uses a combination of stretches from Yoga, elements of Flexology, point pressures and pressures on energy lines.
Thai Massage focuses on the main energy lines (Sen lines). The energy flowing through them supports physical, mental and emotional activity. Applying pressure along these lines helps release energy blockages and stagnation that cause pain or illness. Then, stretches are applied that balance the entire muscular system.
With these techniques, relief from muscle fatigue, pain and tension is achieved as the flexibility and posture of the body is improved. The internal organs are also massaged and consequently the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory and nervous systems is improved. Thai Massage deeply relaxes the body and calms the mind, reducing tension and stress.
The session lasts 1.5 hours and the receiver is clothed (in comfortable light clothing), lying on a mattress on the floor.
Deep Tissue Massage
The Deep Tissue Massage targets the deeper muscle layers, the surrounding tissues and the fascia. It contains special manipulations and techniques, which relax and release myofascial tissues of the body (muscles, tendons, connective tissue) returning them to their normal state. It can be an appropriate choice for the treatment of sports injuries or chronic back pain. You usually think of this technique as "therapeutic massage".
Some Benefits:
Helps manage pain and increase a person's range of motion by relieving muscle stiffness
It helps in muscle recovery
Contributes to the rehabilitation of sports injuries
It reduces the symptoms of arthritis
It reduces anxiety and stress
Relieves lower back pain
Lowers blood pressure

oils (Aromassage)
Relaxation is one of the most profound therapeutic benefits of massage. Calming the nervous system is very healing and allows the body to rejuvenate as well as relieve tension patterns internally. Swedish massage is the most popular form of muscle relaxing massage. It is a medium intensity massage and the pressure applied can be adjusted according to the preferences of the recipient.
It addresses a wide range of dysfunctions for most people and the ultimate goal of a massage is to relax the entire body by increasing blood and oxygen circulation while reducing muscle tension. It is ideally recommended for those starting massage sessions or for those concerned about any "consequences" that a more intense massage may have. The parallel use of essential oils enhances all the therapeutic benefits of the massage, utilizing the unique properties of each essential oil.
Some of the benefits of massage are:
-
It relaxes the whole body

Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage (lymphatic massage) or lymphatic drainage (drainage), is a gentle massage, which focuses on decongesting the lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes. It promotes the natural drainage of lymph, the fluid that removes metabolic waste from the tissues, transporting them to the heart, improving the circulation of the lymphatic fluid.
As a result, it facilitates and restores the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is one of the main factors in discharging toxins and protecting against pathogens and infections. Systematic lymphatic massage significantly helps detoxify the body and protect it from diseases.
Lymphatic massage is mainly indicated:
In the detoxification of the body
In the treatment of fluid retention
In swellings of various causes, e.g. postoperative, circulatory, swollen limbs, etc.
In sports injuries (after the acute phase of inflammation)
In people with a weakened immune system who get sick often
For people who are particularly stressed and tired, who want a very gentle massage.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a method that offers health and harmony to the whole body. It relieves people from mental and physical pain, from mental and physical tension. It is mainly applied to the soles, palms and ear, where reflex points from all parts of the body and internal organs end.
By activating the reflex points, with special pressures, a deep relaxation and decongestion of the body's circulatory and nervous functions occurs.
